What counts as a credit?
One credit verifies one email address, whether you upload a list, call the API or use the form widget. You're only charged for addresses we can give you an answer on:
- Duplicates in a list are removed before checking and never charged.
- Unknown results, where a mail server won't say whether a mailbox exists, are refunded automatically.
Pay as you go or monthly?
Pay as you go suits one-off list cleans: buy credits once and use them whenever. Monthly plans cost 15% less per credit and suit teams that verify new leads every week. Unused monthly credits roll over.
