Every bounce costs you reputation. MailExchange checks each address the way a mail server would, without ever sending a message, so you only send to inboxes that exist.
Clean lists mean fewer bounces, better inbox placement, and more of your campaigns actually read.
Upload a CSV or paste your addresses. We sort every one into deliverable, risky, undeliverable or unknown, and tell you why.
One HTTP call returns the state, the reason and the details you need to decide. Drop it into a signup flow, a CRM sync or your own sending tool.
Add one script tag to any form. Typos, fake domains and throwaway inboxes are caught while the visitor is still typing.
The same steps a receiving mail server takes, stopped just before a message would be sent.
Checks the address against the real-world rules mail servers accept.
Confirms the domain exists and publishes mail (MX) records.
Flags disposable providers, role inboxes like info@ and free webmail.
Asks the domain's mail server whether the mailbox exists. No email is sent.
Detects servers that accept every address, so you know which "yes" to trust.
Deliverable, risky, undeliverable or unknown, with a reason and a score.
One credit per address. Duplicates and unknown results are refunded automatically.
No. We talk to the recipient's mail server and ask whether the mailbox exists, then hang up before any message would be sent.
The address probably exists, but sending to it carries some risk: it's a role inbox (info@, sales@), a disposable provider, or the domain accepts every address (catch-all), so a "yes" doesn't prove the mailbox is real.
Some mail servers are slow, temporarily refuse new connections, or hide whether a mailbox exists. We retry, and if we still can't get an answer we refund the credit.
Never. Pay-as-you-go credits stay in your account until you use them, and unused monthly credits roll over.
Your lists are only used to run your verification. You can delete a list and its results at any time.
