One DNS lookup decides if your mail is even accepted.
A DNS black hole list (DNSBL) is a public database of sending IPs and domains known for abuse or poor list hygiene. The receiving server asks it about your address in real time and, if you're listed, refuses your message or files it under spam, often without telling you.
What gets a sender listed is exactly what a bad list produces: mail to addresses that don't exist, spam trap hits and complaints. Verification removes them before you send.

No. The mailbox check ends before any message is sent. Mail Exchange never emails the people on your list.
What happens after the 3-day trial?

Why do you ask for a card on the trial?
